Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policies
To respect our time and other customers, we use the following fees:
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be charged a $35 cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee: If we arrive at your location and you are not available, we cannot access the vehicle, or you do not show up to a meet-up location, we may charge 50% of the scheduled service price.
Late Fee: If you are more than 15 minutes late or delay our start time at your address, we may charge a $20 late fee or shorten the service to stay on schedule.
These fees help cover travel time, reserved time slots, and lost bookings.
Sharing Your Information: We may share your information with trusted partners who help us run our business (for example, payment and booking tools). We may also share information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Security: We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
Your Choices: You can ask us to update your details, delete information where allowed, or opt out of marketing.
